Reservations will be 5 minutes in length.
One household per session/purchase.
The day of your session you will need to check in at least 10 minutes before your session.
If you are late we will do our best to accommodate you!
We are sorry, but due to scheduling we are unable to offer a refund for missed appointments.
You are able to reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation.
No refunds will be due for an inability to reschedule on either party’s side.
Santa on the Square works with multiple Santas per year. If you are interested in a specific Santa, please check the "Meet Our Santas" page and take a look at the calendar. The work days of each Santa is subject to change.
